HTML Password Wizard is a software tool that helps you to encrypt and password protect html pages, web pages and whole web site. You can protect files with single password or multiple user name and password, after protect, visitors need to login with the password or one user name and password before enter the files. There are many login page templates for using and you can create your own templates easily to fully configure the login pages. The login info can be remembered or not so that visitors no need to input login info every time. To password protect files with this tool, what you need to do is just clicking a few buttons. How does it work? Simply run the program, then select "Files" tab page, then add files to the list for protect; Then select "Password" tab page and input password to protect files with; Then select "Protect" tab page to select files charset if the files is No-English or just use "default" if you not familiar with this; Then press "Protect" toolbar button to protect the files, after protect, you can select a protected file in the result list then press "Test" button to test the protected file, it will display a login box before enter the file (or automatically enter if a cookie has remembered the last time login). If you want to password protect Non-English files which using charset different from your OS charset, you need to select the charset your files using so that the protected files display normally. If you not know which charset your HTML files using, just open the file and find the line <META http-equiv="content-type" content="text/html; charset=iso-8859-1"> , the value after "charset=" is the charset this file using.
